Hello there, I'm Azimah Azmi.
I help people move better, get stronger, and train mindfully for the activities they enjoy. In other words, I help people progressively work towards physical autonomy, whatever that means to them.
I spent a good amount of time delving into different worlds in the fitness universe; from bodybuilding, to powerlifting, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and now mindful movement through the GMB Method. Although I've stopped bodybuilding and powerlifting, I'm in love with Brazilian Jiujitsu and exploring bodyweight movements, and through these I'm learning things about my body and what I can do on a daily basis.
I'm on a mission to help you achieve your fitness goals - whether it's to get stronger, more flexible, or be able to move and do activities that you love, through a deeper understanding of your body and making adjustments progressively.
